Hi, I’m Megan. I’m a physical therapist with 26 years of experience, specializing in pelvic floor and core rehabilitation for 24 years. My journey began at Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by training at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. I have specialized knowledge in pediatric pelvic floor therapy and functional core rehab through The Tummy Team.
I’m passionate about pelvic health, having seen how it dramatically improves the quality of life for people of all ages. This specialty has been incredibly rewarding, as it helps individuals overcome pelvic floor dysfunction and regain confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three teenagers, and two lively dogs. My hobbies include reading, paddleboarding, and staying connected with family and friends.

I believe in a patient centered approach, and realize that everyone has unique goals that will make this work meaningful for them. Guiding clients to find success and confidence in everyday life activities through pelvic floor and core muscle connection is what I truly love to do. Bringing that core connection and strength into fitness and into all of the adventures that life brings takes symptom resolution to the next level.
